The brand is known for its commitment to fresh ingredients, exceptional hospitality, and promoting a vibrant morning culture. As a place that values culture and family, First Watch offers more than just great food—it provides an environment where the love for mornings and a passion for serving others converge to create an inviting dining experience.
Capstone Concepts is actively seeking experienced restaurant managers to join their team across multiple locations including Knoxville, Johnson City, Chattanooga, and Asheville, with future expansion planned in Oak Ridge, Tennessee in early 2025. The positions available include General Managers, Assistant General Managers, and Café Managers. First Watch takes pride in its culture of promoting from within, providing abundant opportunities for growth and leadership development. Employees enjoy competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits, along with the unique perk of never having to work night shifts—ensuring employees are home by sundown. The role of the Restaurant Manager under Capstone Concepts is pivotal in driving business success by developing strong management teams and hourly staff while stewarding the First Watch brand standards. The manager supports increasing sales annually and improving profitability without sacrificing guest satisfaction or the company’s core values and culture. Emphasizing hands-on leadership, the Restaurant Manager is directly involved in operations, from ensuring financial controls and operational excellence to fostering an atmosphere where team member development and customer service exceed expectations. Responsibilities include overseeing daily restaurant operations, supporting training programs, and maintaining quality standards related to food handling, cleanliness, and uniform policies. Managers also participate actively in company meetings to align with organizational goals and uphold operational standards. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment and values delivering an exceptional daytime dining experience, from the aroma of fresh bacon to serving a smiling guest.
