The role of Restaurant Manager at Reveille Management LLC is pivotal in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the Denny's restaurants. Physical demands of the job require the ability to lift trays and supplies, stand and walk for extended periods, and operate POS systems, often in varying temperature conditions. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail management
- Food Safety Manager certification required
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in the English language
- Basic math skills including add, subtract, multiply, divide
- Must be able to perform job duties of every position
- Must be prepared to multitask in accordance with business demands
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Licensed to operate an automobile without hours of operations restrictions
- Reliable transportation to meet banking obligations
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail management
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Food Safety Manager certification required
- Strong organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Supervise approximately 15-20 crew members during assigned shifts
- Ensure proper execution of restaurant operations and uphold service and quality standards
- Coach and develop hourly employees on brand standards, corporate policies, and guest service programs
- Assist the General Manager in achieving controllable profit goals by monitoring controls and taking corrective action
- Oversee employee selection, onboarding, retention, and scheduling
- Maintain compliance with all employment policies, brand standards, and health regulations
- Monitor security procedures and ensure a safe and clean environment for employees and guests
