Managers undergo an extensive Manager in Training (MIT) program designed to build proficiency in key areas such as Serious Food, Concentrated Service, and Spirited Drinks. As a manager, you will be working closely with a team and reporting directly to the Managing Partner of the restaurant. This role focuses on ensuring the success of the restaurant’s operations by overseeing everything from employee training and development, to controlling labor and inventory costs, maintaining high food safety standards, and driving customer satisfaction.
