Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience
  • Proficient in managing costs
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in staff recruitment, coaching, and training
  • Commitment to delivering excellent guest service and experience

Job Duties

  • Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest's expectations
  • Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions
  • Interacting with guest service-focused team members in areas of recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and contentious professional development
  • Living core values along with leading others to do so while collaborating with the management team to achieve high-quality and timely results
  • Overseeing all aspects of restaurant and entertainment operations including cost control
  • Managing labor and ensuring efficiency during high volume business days
  • Motivating the team to maintain a fun and engaging work environment
