- 2+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience
- Proficient in managing costs
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in staff recruitment, coaching, and training
- Commitment to delivering excellent guest service and experience
Job Duties
- Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest's expectations
- Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions
- Interacting with guest service-focused team members in areas of recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and contentious professional development
- Living core values along with leading others to do so while collaborating with the management team to achieve high-quality and timely results
- Overseeing all aspects of restaurant and entertainment operations including cost control
- Managing labor and ensuring efficiency during high volume business days
- Motivating the team to maintain a fun and engaging work environment
