CPK is currently seeking candidates for a leadership role focused on managing the front-of-house operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment. This role involves delivering an outstanding guest experience while inspiring and leading a team committed to upholding CPK's best-in-class culture. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building a strong team centered around hospitality excellence and culinary execution, nurturing top talent, and fostering career development. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, profitability, managing the restaurant’s profit and loss statements, and ensuring operational efficiencies through labor management, portion control, and budget preparation.

  • meeting financial objectives by forecasting, adjusting labor expenditures, practicing portion controls, preparing budgets, and analyzing variances

  • maintaining a safe and healthy environment by establishing, following, and complying with sanitation standards and procedures
