Job Duties
- Manage all facets of the successful operations for one Arby’s restaurant
- Provide a high level of leadership to the restaurant and employees
- Oversee all aspects in generating sales and profit growth efficiently and effectively
- Operate in accordance with federal and state laws, and organizational standards
- Motivate and develop the restaurant team
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Implement training and performance evaluation programs
