This role is for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager who will play a critical part in maintaining the high standards of Ruth's Chris Steak House. The Restaurant Manager will assist the General Manager and Chef in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.   • Minimum of one year of restaurant or hospitality experience required
  • Successful completion of corporate training program required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Proven leadership and teamwork skills
