We are currently seeking a highly capable and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will hold a pivotal role ensuring the smooth and profitable operation of our restaurant. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and an opportunity to lead a passionate team committed to excellence. Your primary responsibility will be managing the restaurant's day-to-day operations while aligning with corporate goals and standards. You will oversee hiring, training, and development of staff, ensuring that every team member upholds the restaurant's high standards of service.

You will also be responsible for setting short and long-term goals, including key performance indicators (KPIs), which drive performance and growth. Monitoring financial performance, creating food and beverage budgets, and maintaining strict adherence to health and safety regulations are critical elements of this position. As a leader, you will inspire your team to provide exceptional customer service, encouraging a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

In addition to operational oversight, this role requires you to develop and coordinate marketing initiatives and community events that enhance the restaurant's visibility and customer engagement. You will directly contribute to shaping the restaurant's reputation through attention to detail, operational excellence, and innovative leadership. This role demands a strong leader capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining calm and clear communication in times of pressure.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of previous restaurant management experience, excellent leadership skills, and be Serv Safe Certified. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS systems is essential. You will be a problem solver and an effective communicator who can foster a positive and productive work environment.
