Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license
  • availability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
  • proven managerial experience in a restaurant setting
  • ability to lead and motivate teams
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • commitment to company values and hospitality standards

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel preferred
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • ability to manage both front and back of house operations
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • familiarity with inventory management and restaurant software

Job Duties

  • oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • coach and develop team members
  • manage inventory and ordering processes
  • ensure exceptional guest experience through service excellence
  • maintain high standards of food quality and sanitation
  • lead the restaurant through busy shifts maintaining composure
  • uphold company policies and operational guidelines
