Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- availability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
- proven managerial experience in a restaurant setting
- ability to lead and motivate teams
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- commitment to company values and hospitality standards
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of successful restaurant management experience
- at least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel preferred
- strong leadership and team development skills
- ability to manage both front and back of house operations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- familiarity with inventory management and restaurant software
Job Duties
- oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- coach and develop team members
- manage inventory and ordering processes
- ensure exceptional guest experience through service excellence
- maintain high standards of food quality and sanitation
- lead the restaurant through busy shifts maintaining composure
- uphold company policies and operational guidelines
