We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant's daily operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and outstanding customer satisfaction. You will lead by example, building and maintaining strong teams who are passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences. This includes recruiting, selecting, training, and developing restaurant staff to meet and exceed performance standards. As a Restaurant Manager, you will utilize various management information tools to evaluate operational and financial performance, allowing you to make informed decisions that enhance productivity and profitability. Job Requirements

  • associates degree required
  • bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in managing a service concept with full profit and loss responsibility
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • willingness to work a flexible schedule
