This role is for a dynamic and hands-on Manager position at Carrabba's Italian Grill, overseeing both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations. The Manager is entrusted with upholding the restaurant's operational standards, including the quality of food presentation, overall appearance, and most importantly, the guest experience. The position requires professional leadership that influences and directs employees to deliver the highest standards of service and hospitality. The Manager’s responsibilities include workforce management such as scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members who align with the brand’s quality standards.
The Manager also plays a crucial part in fostering the career development of hourly team members, helping them to grow within the company. Safety is a significant focus, as the Manager implements security protocols to protect both employees and guests. Ensuring compliance with operational, safety, sanitation standards, and adherence to federal, state, and local laws and ordinances is imperative, with all health inspections meeting the required standards. Customer satisfaction is paramount; hence, Managers are expected to respond effectively to guest feedback, build customer loyalty, and set service standards.
A fully rounded knowledge of the menu and food preparation standards is essential, empowering the Manager to engage confidently with the culinary team and guests alike. This position offers a flexible schedule and requires a minimum of one year of previous restaurant management experience. Candidates must be at least 21 years old. - Minimum age 21 years
Job Qualifications

- Experience in full service including bar restaurant management preferred
- Certification in food safety preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
- Willingness to relocate within assigned region preferred
