This person will be responsible for the overall operation of their assigned location, ensuring that team performance, sales, profitability, cost controls, and staff development meet our high standards. The role demands strong leadership skills to develop, train, and retain staff and managers effectively. The ideal candidate will lead by example, prioritizing guest service and satisfaction while also supporting the Managing Partner in recruiting and maintaining an enthusiastic team dedicated to excellent hospitality. Additionally, this leader will assist in achieving targeted budgets, goals, and objectives, while maintaining accurate and timely completion of all necessary restaurant paperwork, including daily sheets, payroll, purchase orders, bank deposits, and employment-related forms.
