Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two to five plus years of proven restaurant management experience
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment

  • knowledge of inventory management and scheduling

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • coach and develop restaurant team members
  • manage inventory and supplies
  • ensure high standards of guest experience and customer service
  • maintain operational excellence during busy shifts
  • lead with a people-first approach fostering team engagement
  • balance hospitality with operational responsibilities
