  • Minimum of 1 year restaurant assistant manager experience in a quick service, full service, or family dining concept

  • Proven track record in managing a budget and cost controls to optimize profits

Job Duties

  • Oversee total restaurant operations including financial performance
  • Manage and develop restaurant staff including assistant managers and team members
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Create and execute plans to identify and address opportunity areas
  • Manage budgets and control costs to optimize profitability
  • Lead efforts to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Monitor and improve staff performance through training and development
