We are seeking motivated and experienced candidates for the Fast Track General Manager position at one of our locations in Greater Charlotte. This role is integral to the success of the restaurant, requiring a candidate who can oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including financial performance, staff management, and adherence to established company standards. You will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, maintaining or exceeding profitability goals, and leading the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. The position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $50,000 depending on experience, along with bonuses and benefits that reward your commitment and achievements in the role.
