Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year restaurant assistant manager experience in a quick service, full service, or family dining concept
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Oversee total restaurant operations including financial performance
- Manage and develop restaurant staff including assistant managers and team members
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Create and execute plans to identify and address opportunity areas
- Manage budgets and control costs to optimize profitability
- Lead efforts to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Monitor and improve staff performance through training and development
