We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our energetic team. This full-time management role is designed for a motivated individual passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and leading a team in a fast-paced environment. The Restaurant Manager will play a critical role in overseeing guest services, managing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth and career development within the fast food industry. You will be responsible for training and coaching team members, managing inventory and orders (specifically food and chicken), creating and forecasting crew schedules, and running daily shifts efficiently. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative team setting, maintains high integrity and honesty, and is committed to promoting the culture of High Noon Popeyes. The role demands a high level of physical activity including lifting, carrying inventory, frequent standing, and multitasking on the floor and in the back of house. We value individuals eager to learn all areas of restaurant operations and flexibly work multiple stations. This role requires availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of our valued guests.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers
  • willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds
  • consistent attendance on assigned shifts
  • acts with integrity and honesty

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or a similar role
  • strong leadership and team management skills
