Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage or restaurant management
- proven leadership and supervisory experience
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in managing budgets and financial reports
- knowledge of relevant health, safety, and food handling regulations
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food and beverage management or restaurant management
- strong leadership and team management skills
- proven ability to maintain high standards of food quality and service
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- knowledge of financial management including budgeting and cost control
- experience with inventory management and payroll administration
- ability to collaborate with marketing and community partners
- understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- ensure the restaurant meets and exceeds quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet budgetary goals
- recruit, train, and develop staff including servers, bartenders, runners, and hosts
- create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages team cohesion and professional growth
- implement performance evaluations and address staff issues promptly and effectively
- monitor adherence to standard operating procedures and training guidelines
- ensure high standards of customer service, addressing guest concerns and feedback with professionalism
- implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and encourage repeat business
- work with the Director of Food and Beverage to manage the restaurant’s budget including forecasting and controlling expenses
- monitor financial performance including sales, labor costs, and profitability
- analyze sales reports and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
- collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities and events
- build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations to promote the restaurant
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies
- conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the restaurant operates within legal and company guidelines
