Additional privileges include a comprehensive benefits package encompassing health, dental, and vision insurance, a management incentive performance plan, a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions, generous paid time off, dining discounts, and a robust leadership development program. The position calls for flexibility, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the nature of the hospitality industry.
