Bad Daddy's Burger Bar is currently seeking a talented and driven individual to fill the role of Restaurant Manager or Kitchen Manager. This position is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of service and quality that patrons have come to expect. The Restaurant or Kitchen Manager will be responsible for leading and inspiring their team, ensuring seamless operations on the floor or in the kitchen, and creating a positive experience for both employees and guests. With a salary range of $50,000 to $55,000 annually, depending on experience, and weekly pay, this role offers a competitive compensation package. Moreover, the position comes with opportunities for performance-based salary increases twice a year, a lucrative bonus plan spread across monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives, as well as paid vacation, sick days, and parental leave.

In this leadership role, the successful candidate will oversee a variety of responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching team members to foster a supportive and productive work environment. They will handle administrative duties such as managing inventory, placing FOH and BOH orders, and monitoring the safe to keep operations running smoothly. The role also involves ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and presentation are consistently met, often combining hands-on support in the kitchen, bar, or dining room during peak hours.
