Job Requirements

- Proven leadership experience in hospitality
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly

- Previous restaurant or kitchen management experience preferred
Job Duties
- Run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience
- Interview, hire, train, develop and coach your team
- Perform administrative activities like inventory management, completing FOH and BOH orders, and monitoring the safe
- Ensure food safety, quality and presentation standards are consistently met
- Support kitchen, bar, and dining room during peak hours
- Handle guest issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain a fun and organized work environment
