Job Requirements

  • minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
  • availability to work 50 hours a week including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to lead and manage a diverse team
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • commitment to excellent guest service

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year of experience working with Cracker Barrel
  • strong leadership and people management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage both front and back of house operations
  • capacity to stay calm under pressure and motivate team members
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • lead and develop restaurant team members to ensure excellent guest experiences
  • manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations effectively
  • oversee inventory management and ordering processes
  • maintain compliance with food safety and operational standards
  • coach team through busy shifts while maintaining a positive work environment
  • handle scheduling and labor management to optimize efficiency
  • ensure customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns promptly
