Job Requirements
- minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
- availability to work 50 hours a week including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license
- ability to lead and manage a diverse team
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- commitment to excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- minimum 1 year of experience working with Cracker Barrel
- strong leadership and people management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage both front and back of house operations
- capacity to stay calm under pressure and motivate team members
- valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- lead and develop restaurant team members to ensure excellent guest experiences
- manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations effectively
- oversee inventory management and ordering processes
- maintain compliance with food safety and operational standards
- coach team through busy shifts while maintaining a positive work environment
- handle scheduling and labor management to optimize efficiency
- ensure customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns promptly
