The role of the Restaurant Manager at Raising Cane's is pivotal in supporting the Restaurant Leader with daily restaurant operations and ensuring the team upholds the brand's distinguished standards and culture. This includes acting as manager on duty, managing cash handling and accountability, and opening and closing the restaurant. The work environment includes fast-paced kitchen settings with physical activities such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending, alongside some exposure to varied temperature conditions and food handling procedures.

This full-time position offers an initial hiring pay of approximately $18 per hour, subject to adjustments based on location and experience.
