Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year of experience at Cracker Barrel
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong leadership capabilities
  • effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • coach and develop team members to deliver excellent guest service
  • manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels
  • maintain smooth kitchen flow and dining room service
  • handle scheduling and labor management
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • resolve guest issues and provide a positive dining experience
