- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
- minimum 1 year of experience at Cracker Barrel
- ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
- valid driver’s license
- strong leadership capabilities
- effective communication skills

- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- resolve guest issues and provide a positive dining experience
