Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
- At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing

Job Duties
- Support the General Manager by providing coaching to the team
- Create a fun and inviting work environment where the team feels respected and valued
- Identify 5 Star Talent and place the right people in the right roles through effective scheduling
- Manage daily operations and staff of the restaurant with support from General Manager or District Manager
- Drive sales and profits while maintaining excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Support staffing, hiring, and training of team members
- Complete required administrative tasks for the restaurant manager position
