Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years management or supervisory experience in restaurant or retail hospitality
  • Knowledge of food, labor, and bar cost controls
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to foster a fun and productive environment
  • Self-motivated and proactive work ethic
  • Ability to lead and train teams effectively

  • At least 3 years in a management or supervisory role in restaurant or hospitality industry

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to exceed guest expectations
  • Drive sales and manage restaurant profitability
  • Control food, labor, and bar costs effectively
  • Recruit, hire, and train new employees to maintain high standards
  • Ensure excellent customer service and a fun environment for guests and staff
  • Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies
  • Support daily operations and problem-solving within the restaurant
