Currently seeking passionate and experienced Restaurant Managers for their Northern New Jersey locations, Landmark Hospitality offers an exciting opportunity for professionals eager to advance their careers in a dynamic and growing company. The role is full-time and centers on leadership, operational management, and strategic planning to ensure the success of fine dining establishments. As a Restaurant Manager at Landmark Hospitality, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards expected from the company’s venues. This position offers the chance to work closely with a talented marketing department, manage budget goals, oversee staffing, and ensure seamless facility operations. You will be responsible for overseeing full profit and loss management, forecasting and maximizing profitability while fostering a positive and growth-oriented environment for all team members.

The Restaurant Manager will lead initiatives to uphold standard operating procedures concerning sales and expenses, ensuring operational efficiency and quality customer service. Additionally, you will supervise onboarding processes, staff scheduling, beverage purchasing, policy implementation, and maintenance tasks. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management
  • Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and payroll management
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in budget management and cost control
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Ability to implement and maintain SOPs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence

Job Duties

  • Work on marketing initiatives with our marketing department
  • Maintain SOP concerning sales and expenses
  • Lead by example and create an environment where all our team of memorymakers flourish and grow
  • Oversee all facility maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure new team members are properly onboarded
  • Oversee all beverage purchasing to ensure we meet our budget goals
  • Oversee overall staffing to ensure we meet our payroll goals
  • Implement, oversee and maintain all policies
  • Full P & L management. Responsible for overseeing budgets, forecasting and profitability
