Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail
- Food Safety Manager certification
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work 50-55 hours per week
- Licensed to operate a vehicle
- Reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
- Food Safety Manager certification required
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills
- Proven problem-solving and stress management abilities
- Ability to interpret financial statements
- Willingness to work 50-55 hours per week including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Licensed to operate an automobile
- Reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Supervise 15 to 20 crew members during assigned shifts
- Ensure proper execution of restaurant operations
- Provide guests with an excellent dining experience
- Uphold service and quality standards
- Support the General Manager in operational and financial goals
- Assist in employee selection, development, and retention
- Maintain restaurant sanitation and health standards
