Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail
  • Food Safety Manager certification
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work 50-55 hours per week
  • Licensed to operate a vehicle
  • Reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
  • Food Safety Manager certification required
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Basic math skills
  • Proven problem-solving and stress management abilities
  • Ability to interpret financial statements
  • Willingness to work 50-55 hours per week including weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Licensed to operate an automobile
  • Reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Supervise 15 to 20 crew members during assigned shifts
  • Ensure proper execution of restaurant operations
  • Provide guests with an excellent dining experience
  • Uphold service and quality standards
  • Support the General Manager in operational and financial goals
  • Assist in employee selection, development, and retention
  • Maintain restaurant sanitation and health standards
