Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of restaurant management experience
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent leadership skills
  • ability to maintain a positive attitude in fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage both front and back of house operations
  • proven track record of delivering excellent guest service
  • ability to work under pressure
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • coach and develop restaurant team members
  • manage inventory and supplies
  • ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • lead and inspire team during busy shifts
  • maintain compliance with safety and health regulations
  • balance operational focus with people-first leadership
