Job Description

This job posting is for a restaurant manager position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of the Jack in the Box brand. The independent franchisee is fully responsible for all employment-related matters at the restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, wages, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • basic math proficiency
  • ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • availability to work at least 45 hours per week
  • must be able to work holidays
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • ability to use management information tools and analyze financial data
