Job Description

This job posting is for a restaurant manager position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of the Jack in the Box brand. The independent franchisee is fully responsible for all employment-related matters at the restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, wages, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. This means that while the restaurant operates under the well-known Jack in the Box brand, the independent franchisee, not Jack in the Box Inc., will be your employer. The restaurant is part of a fast-food service establishment that focuses on serving quality food and outstanding customer service to its guests. Jack in the Box is a popular American fast-food chain known for its diverse menu, quick service, and commitment to customer satisfaction. The franchisee operates with the goal of creating a welcoming and clean restaurant environment, offering guests a great dining experience every time they visit.

The position offered is a full-time restaurant manager role with an hourly wage range of $22 to $27. Additionally, the compensation package includes bonus potential of up to $8,000 annually, paid holidays on major dates including Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, and July 4th, along with medical, dental, and vision benefits. Eligible employees can also participate in a 401K retirement plan. One notable perk is an employee meal discount of 100% up to $10 during the shift.

As a restaurant manager at this Jack in the Box franchise, you will be responsible for managing overall restaurant operations. Your key role will be to lead the entire staff in delivering a consistently excellent guest experience — ensuring high-quality food, outstanding service, and a clean, safe environment that aligns with the brand’s standards. You will be accountable for building restaurant sales and profits while ensuring strict compliance with all operational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Your leadership will set the tone for customer service, where a "guest comes first" attitude is essential.
