Job Description
This job posting is for a restaurant manager position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of the Jack in the Box brand. The independent franchisee is fully responsible for all employment-related matters at the restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, wages, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic math proficiency
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- availability to work at least 45 hours per week
- must be able to work holidays
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- ability to use management information tools and analyze financial data

Job Duties
