Their menu combines approachably adventurous dishes made with fresh ingredients you can feel good about, ensuring every guest feels like a friend, whether they are a new visitor or a returning loyalist. This company is committed to diversity and inclusion in its hiring practices and embraces opportunities to work with individuals from all backgrounds, including those with criminal histories, in line with the Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.

As a restaurant group with a clear mission and a passionate team, Mendocino Farms provides a dynamic workplace where managers play a crucial role in leading teams to success. They are currently seeking full-time, onsite Restaurant Managers to join their passionate team of happy, friendly foodies who thrive in a high-volume environment. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $63,000 to $81,000 annually, dependent on experience, and includes bi-weekly payment cycles to ensure reliable compensation. Managers at Mendocino Farms are expected to lead by example by mastering every restaurant position before imparting their knowledge to others, fostering a team culture centered on growth, organization, and passion for people.

This role requires the ability to manage a large team effectively, providing coaching and feedback to promote individual and collective development. A successful candidate will be organized, deadline-oriented, and driven to achieve results while maintaining strong relationships with guests and team members alike. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with kitchen operations, ordering, and inventory management are essential to succeeding in this role. The company values humility and a willingness to grow alongside a dynamic, expanding restaurant group.

The role demands flexibility, offering a schedule that includes night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Mendocino Farms ensures its managers benefit from a robust package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) matching, paid vacation and sick leave, employee assistance programs, parking and transit reimbursement, and even perks like discounted tickets, pet insurance, gym memberships, and complimentary meals on every shift. This is a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about restaurant management and eager to build their career in a supportive, growth-focused environment. Mendocino Farms is proud of its clear path for advancement and the supportive atmosphere it provides to its managers and team members alike.
