The role of Restaurant Associate Manager at Cracker Barrel is an exciting opportunity for ambitious and dedicated individuals passionate about restaurant management and guest service. This full-time role requires a commitment of approximately 50 hours per week, typically organized as five 10-hour shifts. Additionally, candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and be fluent in English to effectively communicate with guests and team members.

- at least two years of successful restaurant management experience
- willingness to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license
- fluency in English
