- willingness to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license
- fluency in English
- dedication to hospitality and care for employees and guests
- physical ability to handle restaurant operations
- ability to resolve conflicts and manage stressful situations effectively

- support training and professional development initiatives for team members
