Job Requirements

  • at least two years of successful restaurant management experience
  • willingness to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver’s license
  • fluency in English
  • dedication to hospitality and care for employees and guests
  • physical ability to handle restaurant operations
  • ability to resolve conflicts and manage stressful situations effectively

Job Qualifications

  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously
  • experience with scheduling and labor cost management
  • commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate restaurant team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • manage all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • ensure high standards of hospitality and cleanliness
  • implement and maintain operational procedures to drive business results
  • oversee scheduling and labor management
  • address and resolve guest and employee concerns promptly
  • support training and professional development initiatives for team members
