Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work 50 hours a week including holidays and weekends
  • Caring attitude with dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver's license
  • Fluent in English

Job Duties

  • Manage all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Lead and support team members to ensure excellent guest service
  • Oversee employee training and development
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • Drive business results through effective management of sales and expenses
  • Handle scheduling and labor management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
