Job Requirements

  • valid driver's license
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent interpersonal communication
  • ability to multitask and manage busy shifts
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
  • proven leadership and team coaching skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage budgets and inventory
  • experience in handling high-pressure situations

Job Duties

  • Lead front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • coach and develop restaurant team members
  • manage inventory and supply chain logistics
  • maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
  • ensure operational compliance with company policies and safety standards
  • handle scheduling and labor management
  • resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
