Job Requirements
- valid driver's license
- ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
- strong leadership skills
- excellent interpersonal communication
- ability to multitask and manage busy shifts
- high school diploma or equivalent

- 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
- minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
- proven leadership and team coaching skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage budgets and inventory
- experience in handling high-pressure situations
Job Duties
- Lead front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- coach and develop restaurant team members
- manage inventory and supply chain logistics
- maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- ensure operational compliance with company policies and safety standards
- handle scheduling and labor management
- resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
