At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
Must possess a valid Driver's License in good standing

Job Duties

Support the General Manager by coaching and developing team members
Create a fun and inviting work environment where team members feel respected and valued
Identify 5 Star Talent and schedule staff effectively to match peak operational needs
Manage daily restaurant operations, including food quality, service, and cleanliness
Drive sales and profitability by executing local marketing and operational plans
Oversee staffing, hiring, and training of new team members
Complete administrative tasks and reporting as required by management
