  • College degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
  • At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License in good standing

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager by coaching and developing team members
  • Create a fun and inviting work environment where team members feel respected and valued
  • Identify 5 Star Talent and schedule staff effectively to match peak operational needs
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including food quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Drive sales and profitability by executing local marketing and operational plans
  • Oversee staffing, hiring, and training of new team members
  • Complete administrative tasks and reporting as required by management
