- High school diploma or equivalent
- two to five years of restaurant management experience
- one year of Cracker Barrel experience
- ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
- valid driver’s license
- strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- ability to maintain calm under pressure

- ability to manage full restaurant operations
