Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two to five years of restaurant management experience
  • one year of Cracker Barrel experience
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • ability to maintain calm under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Two to five years of successful restaurant management experience
  • at least one year of experience at Cracker Barrel
  • proven leadership and team development skills
  • ability to manage full restaurant operations
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • coach and develop team members
  • manage inventory and supply ordering
  • ensure exceptional guest experience
  • maintain operational standards and compliance
  • lead through busy shifts maintaining composure
  • uphold company values and culture
