Job Requirements

  • High school education preferred
  • Certification in California Responsible Beverage Service
  • ServSafe Card for California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, or Virginia
  • Food Handlers Card for California, Nevada, or Texas
  • Experience in high-volume restaurant management
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

  • 2 plus years full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience
  • Ability to create a fun working environment
  • Ability to build sales and relationships with a past record of success

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction

  • Oversee compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
