Job Requirements
- High school education preferred
- Certification in California Responsible Beverage Service
- ServSafe Card for California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, or Virginia
- Food Handlers Card for California, Nevada, or Texas
- Experience in high-volume restaurant management
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- 2 plus years full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience
- Ability to create a fun working environment

Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction
- Train, develop, and coach team members to foster a positive work environment

- Drive sales growth through effective team leadership and strategic relationship building
- Oversee compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and financial performance to meet operational goals
