The Manager role at Bonefish Grill is integral to overseeing daily operations both in the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) areas. This position demands a person with leadership skills capable of ensuring that the restaurant’s appearance, customer presentation, and employee performance align with Bonefish Grill’s brand standards. The Manager works with limited supervision but holds significant responsibility for the overall success of the restaurant environment. This includes managing staffing needs by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to maintain high employment quality. Managers are also charged with fostering career growth for hourly team members, enhancing employee engagement, and advocating for continuous improvement in service quality.

The Manager implements and upholds strict security protocols to safeguard both employees and guests, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment at all times. They are responsible for compliance with operational, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as adherence to company policies and all federal, state, and local laws. Maintaining health inspections to meet state requirements is essential. Job Requirements
- One year previous restaurant management experience
- Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule
- Minimum age 21 years
Job Qualifications
- One year previous restaurant management experience
- Knowledge of full service restaurant management including bar service preferred
- Certification in food safety preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Job Duties
- Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring while maintaining high employment quality standards aligned with the Bonefish Grill brand
- Actively participate in the career growth of hourly team members
- Implement effective security protocols to ensure ongoing safety of employees and guests
- Comply with operational, safety and sanitation standards, company policies, and federal/state/local laws
