Job Requirements
- Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience managing a full-service restaurant
- certification in food handling or alcohol service
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
Job Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen
- food handlers certification or alcoholic beverage servers certification
- strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
