Job Requirements

  • Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience managing a full-service restaurant
  • certification in food handling or alcohol service
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
  • ability to motivate and lead a diverse team

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen
  • food handlers certification or alcoholic beverage servers certification
  • strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
  • results driven and team oriented

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
  • manage and develop restaurant staff through effective training programs
  • maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • enforce compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • drive sales and work towards achieving financial targets
