Job Description

We aim to be the go-to destination for steak lovers by consistently delivering top-notch food and service standards.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our LongHorn team. This role involves leading and inspiring both the service and culinary teams to deliver the ultimate steakhouse experience to every guest, every time. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for bringing our unique culture to life by fostering a positive work environment and encouraging a passion for exceeding the standard in every task. Communication is key in this role, as the manager must set clear expectations, keep all team members informed, and recognize and reward outstanding performance.

As a Restaurant Manager at LongHorn, you will play a crucial leadership role by developing your team, encouraging a performance-driven culture, and ensuring operational excellence. You will oversee daily restaurant operations including staff coordination, customer satisfaction, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards. The position requires someone with a stable working history and demonstrated career growth in the hospitality or restaurant management field. Current salaried management experience is preferred to handle the dynamic environment efficiently.

This position offers a variable pay structure depending on location, and comes with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the work-life balance and well-being of our employees. Benefits include weekly pay schedules, balanced work shifts with one weekend off per month, generous vacation and flex time, extra pay for working 6 days a week, quarterly performance bonuses, and holiday closures on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Medical, dental, and vision insurance options are available starting from day one, among other benefits that enhance the overall employment experience.

Joining our team means becoming part of a company that values legendary leadership and strives to maintain the highest standards in food, service, and workplace culture. If you have a passion for leading teams, delivering excellent customer experiences, and being part of a successful restaurant brand, this role presents an exciting opportunity to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact in the hospitality industry.
