Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant management experience preferred
- Ability to manage kitchen staff and operations
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Commitment to quality and guest satisfaction
- Willingness to work a 45-hour work week with no late night bar hours

Job Duties
- Manage back of house/kitchen teams
- Oversee assistant manager roles and duties
- Lead kitchen operations as part of the restaurant management team
- Ensure quality food and service standards

- Maintain a positive work environment
