Known not only for its flavorful menu but also for its outstanding customer service, Red Lobster prides itself on creating welcoming environments where guests enjoy memorable meals in a friendly and comfortable setting.

As a Restaurant Manager at Red Lobster, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing all aspects of restaurant operations. The position is designed for dynamic and motivated individuals who have a passion for the restaurant business and want to take their career to the next level. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, and leading a team committed to excellence. This leadership role involves hiring, training, and inspiring team members to foster a supportive and fun workplace culture that encourages growth and professional development.

Your key responsibilities will extend to managing performance through evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions when needed, ensuring strict compliance with employment policies and food safety standards. A clean and safe environment for both guests and team members is a top priority, along with practicing safe food handling and maintaining hygiene standards consistently.

This is more than just a job; it is a career opportunity with Red Lobster's award-winning 11-week in-restaurant training program. This comprehensive training helps new Restaurant Managers build the skills necessary to excel while providing continuous development opportunities and certifications to advance your expertise. The company champions fast career progression with leadership mentors dedicated to supporting your career goals. This role offers a chance to work in a supportive environment that values work-life balance, with operating hours typically scheduled between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m., enabling you to avoid early mornings and late nights.

In return for your commitment and leadership, Red Lobster offers a competitive base salary ranging from $54,200 to $62,500 annually, complemented by weekly pay and quarterly bonus eligibility. Employees gain immediate access to benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, voluntary benefits, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching after one year of service. Additional perks include paid vacation and dining discounts, all designed to enhance your personal and professional life.

Working as a Restaurant Manager at Red Lobster means joining a company that places a strong emphasis on employee development, customer satisfaction, and creating an inclusive, enjoyable work environment. If you are under 21, have relevant management experience, and are eager to grow your career in the hospitality industry, Red Lobster provides the perfect platform to realize your ambitions and achieve professional success.
