Job Description

Quality Brand Group LLC is a dynamic, multi-store franchisee of Dunkin', operating numerous Dunkin' locations across Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, and Texas. This company prides itself on fostering an environment that promotes personal growth, professionalism, and success. With a focus on delivering exceptional service, Quality Brand Group empowers its team members through comprehensive training and nurturing a friendly, respectful atmosphere where both employees and guests are valued. As part of this energetic and successful team, employees have the opportunity to contribute to a thriving business known for its commitment to quality and community engagement. Quality Brand Group embraces diversity and encourages passionate individuals who are motivated by delivering memorable guest experiences and who thrive in a supportive, vibrant workplace culture.

The role of Restaurant Manager at Quality Brand Group is integral to maintaining and enhancing the company’s reputation for quality and service excellence. This full-time position demands a multifaceted leader responsible for managing a Dunkin' store’s operations with a focus on recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing team. The Restaurant Manager ensures that all operational standards related to quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met. Moreover, they play a pivotal role in driving the store’s financial success by setting and achieving sales and profitability targets, managing expenses, and effectively overseeing the full Profit and Loss (P&L) statement as if they owned the location.

This position calls for a highly motivated individual who is both customer and employee-centric, attentive to store needs, and passionate about continuous improvement. Restaurant Managers are expected to manage all aspects of the store operations during their assigned shifts, ensuring excellent product preparation and delivery aligned with Dunkin’s standards. Leadership is key, as these managers provide direction, coaching, and motivation—either directly or through team leaders—to maintain a cohesive and efficient workforce. They hold critical responsibilities such as staffing decisions including hiring, promoting, counseling, disciplining, and terminating employees when necessary.

In addition to operational excellence, the Restaurant Manager plays a critical role in fostering exceptional guest satisfaction, emphasizing training and development of team members, and managing overall store productivity including purchasing, scheduling, sales, training, and facilities maintenance. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong decision-making skills, the ability to think independently while contributing to a team environment, and possesses prior experience in the food service industry. Certifications such as Food Safety and Serve Safe are essential to maintaining compliance and safety. This position offers a competitive salary with potential monthly bonuses, employee meal discounts, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, prescription insurance, and paid vacation. It is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable franchisee that values leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for outstanding guest service.
