Job Requirements
- fluent in English speaking and reading
- math and writing skills
- restaurant or retail supervisory experience required
- ability to anticipate and exceed guest needs
- passion for achieving results
- ability to make decisions based on experience and analysis
- ability to build effective teams
- physical capability to operate restaurant equipment and lift 30 to 50 pounds
- ability to perform pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists

Job Duties
- administer and oversee recruitment and development of team members
- ensure implementation of operational standards of quality service and cleanliness
- manage store operations including sales and profitability goals
- oversee full P&L statement of the store
- lead and support team performance and motivation
- manage scheduling, purchasing, sales, training, and facilities maintenance
- provide counseling, discipline, promotion, and termination of employees
