Job Requirements

  • fluent in English speaking and reading
  • math and writing skills
  • restaurant or retail supervisory experience required
  • ability to anticipate and exceed guest needs
  • passion for achieving results
  • ability to make decisions based on experience and analysis
  • ability to build effective teams
  • physical capability to operate restaurant equipment and lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • ability to perform pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists

  • ability to operate restaurant equipment

Job Duties

  • administer and oversee recruitment and development of team members
  • ensure implementation of operational standards of quality service and cleanliness
  • manage store operations including sales and profitability goals
  • oversee full P&L statement of the store
  • lead and support team performance and motivation
  • manage scheduling, purchasing, sales, training, and facilities maintenance
  • provide counseling, discipline, promotion, and termination of employees
