Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends
- Physical ability to perform extended periods of walking, standing, lifting, and bending
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Self-driven, flexible, and energetic
- Effective independent and collaborative work skills
- Ability to recognize problems and execute solutions
- Willingness to travel for work-related functions and training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant or retail management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technology
- Knowledge of staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
- Completion of all required Raising Cane's training programs
Job Duties
- Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards during shifts
- Act as manager on duty and handle opening and closing
- Manage cash handling and accountability
- Enforce company policies and standards
- Execute shift management and safety protocols
- Direct and support crewmembers during shifts
- Provide exemplary customer service
