The role of Restaurant Manager at Raising Cane's is pivotal in supporting the overall restaurant operations and maintaining the brand’s high standards and culture. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage starting between $22.00 and $22.75, varying by location and experience. As a Restaurant Manager, you will take the lead in shift management, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly while embodying the Raising Cane’s values. This includes opening and closing responsibilities, managing cash accountability, and supporting crewmember development through recognition programs and leadership.
Working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, this role requires physical stamina including standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods. The Restaurant Manager will also interact with customers directly, ensuring exemplary service standards are met. The position demands adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness protocols, as well as handling operational tools and documentation effectively to maintain restaurant standards during every shift.

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends
- Physical ability to perform extended periods of walking, standing, lifting, and bending

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant or retail management experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technology
- Knowledge of staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
- Completion of all required Raising Cane's training programs
