The role of Restaurant Manager at Raising Cane's is pivotal in supporting the overall restaurant operations and maintaining the brand’s high standards and culture. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage starting between $22.00 and $22.75, varying by location and experience. As a Restaurant Manager, you will take the lead in shift management, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly while embodying the Raising Cane’s values. This includes opening and closing responsibilities, managing cash accountability, and supporting crewmember development through recognition programs and leadership.

Working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, this role requires physical stamina including standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods. The Restaurant Manager will also interact with customers directly, ensuring exemplary service standards are met.
