This opportunity is for a Restaurant Manager role within Raising Cane's, focusing on supporting the Restaurant Leader in the day-to-day operations and ensuring that the restaurant maintains the brand's high standards and culture. The role involves managing shift responsibilities across various restaurant operations, including direct leadership of Crewmembers, cash handling, and upholding cleanliness and safety standards. The position requires working in a fast-paced kitchen environment that demands physical endurance through activities such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending, as well as engaging with customers and handling food products and cleaning agents safely and efficiently.
The Restaurant Manager acts as the manager on duty during shifts, carrying the responsibility to open and close the restaurant and to enforce company policies and operational standards across all restaurant zones. The role includes enabling the use of technological tools to manage shift execution, document operational results, and initiate corrective actions when necessary. In addition to operational management, the Restaurant Manager supports employee engagement by utilizing recognition programs and authorizing specific employee-related functions such as discounts and timeclock overrides. This position is integral to maintaining the restaurant’s facility and ensuring it is always guest-ready and in optimum working condition.

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
- proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
- able to work independently and collaboratively
- flexible and highly energetic
Job Duties
