- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Two to five plus years of successful restaurant management experience including one year at Cracker Barrel
- Ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Strong leadership and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Coach and develop team members to enhance performance
- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels meet operational needs
- Deliver exceptional guest experience emphasizing hospitality
- Lead by example and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service
- Handle operational challenges and support team during busy shifts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
