Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to five plus years of successful restaurant management experience including one year at Cracker Barrel
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Two to five plus years of successful restaurant management experience
  • At least one year of experience working at Cracker Barrel
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance performance
  • Manage inventory and ensure stock levels meet operational needs
  • Deliver exceptional guest experience emphasizing hospitality
  • Lead by example and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service
  • Handle operational challenges and support team during busy shifts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
