The position available is for a Manager who will oversee both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This leadership role involves maintaining the restaurant’s appearance and presentation while providing professional direction to the team. The Manager is responsible for staffing through scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring, all while upholding the employment standards that represent the Bonefish Grill brand's high quality. Additionally, this position requires active participation in the career development of hourly team members, fostering growth and engagement. The Manager must implement and enforce security protocols to guarantee the safety of employees and guests consistently, along with compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational standards established by company policies and governmental regulations. Another critical responsibility includes handling guest feedback effectively and promoting loyalty by setting and maintaining service standards.

This role demands a comprehensive understanding of the menu and preparation techniques to ensure the highest quality food is served. The Manager will also engage with the local community and market opportunities to strengthen the restaurant's presence and reputation. Candidates should be prepared to work a flexible schedule and must be at least 21 years old. Experience in full-service restaurant management, including bar operations, is preferred, as is certification in food safety and proficiency in Microsoft Office.   • willing and able to work a flexible schedule
  • minimum age 21 years

Job Qualifications

  • one year previous restaurant management experience
  • previous experience in full service restaurant management including bar operations preferred
  • certification in food safety preferred
  • willingness to relocate within the assigned region preferred
  • working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
