The role of Manager at Bonefish Grill is a vital leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of both the front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) functions. With limited supervision, the Manager ensures that the restaurant’s appearance, presentation, and overall customer experience meet Bonefish Grill's high standards. This position requires strong professional leadership, the ability to guide and support employees, and a hands-on approach to managing the restaurant environment. Key responsibilities include staffing management through scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring while maintaining excellent staffing quality aligned with the brand’s values. Managers also play an active role in fostering the career development of hourly team members, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, operational policies, and state regulations including sanitation and health inspection standards.

Job Requirements

  • One year previous restaurant management experience
  • Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule
  • Minimum age 21 years
  • Willingness to relocate within the assigned region

Job Qualifications

  • One year previous restaurant management experience
  • Knowledge of full service restaurant operations including bar
  • Certification in food safety
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
