Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work five 10-hour shifts weekly
  • Availability to work holidays and weekends
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Strong interpersonal and team management skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage full restaurant operations from kitchen to service

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Coach and develop restaurant team members
  • Manage inventory and ensure operational excellence
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Lead by example with a people-first leadership approach
  • Maintain a culture of strong hospitality and teamwork
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols
