Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Ability to work five 10-hour shifts weekly
- Availability to work holidays and weekends
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Strong interpersonal and team management skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of successful restaurant management experience
- At least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel
- Ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage full restaurant operations from kitchen to service
Job Duties
- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Coach and develop restaurant team members
- Manage inventory and ensure operational excellence
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Lead by example with a people-first leadership approach
- Maintain a culture of strong hospitality and teamwork
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols
