The role of Restaurant Manager at Cracker Barrel is a dynamic leadership position that requires a passion for people and hospitality. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work five 10-hour shifts weekly
  • Availability to work holidays and weekends
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Strong interpersonal and team management skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure
