High standards of health, safety, and sanitation compliance are paramount in maintaining the restaurant's reputable standing.
In addition to operational oversight, the Restaurant Manager will handle vendor relationships, monitor inventory, control costs related to food and labor, and track sales performance with budget management. Marketing initiatives will play a critical part in attracting and retaining customers, and the manager will be expected to foster a team-oriented, culturally respectful workplace where every staff member feels valued and engaged.
