Restaurant Manager

Overview:
Are you a veteran restaurant leader who "thinks like an owner"? Our franchise group operates 18 successful locations (Popeyes & Burger King), and we are looking for a powerhouse General Manager to lead our Lapeer team. We need a professional who thrives on accountability and maintains gold-standard operations without needing daily site visits.

The Role:
You aren’t just a shift runner; you are a business leader. While you’ll have the full support of our established systems and oversight, you will be the primary engine driving this location. We need someone who treats the P&L like it’s their own money and the crew like their own team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Ownership: Maintain impeccable brand standards. We want to walk in for a surprise visit and find a spotless, high-performing kitchen every time.
• Results-Driven: Hit COGS and labor targets through proactive management.
• Staff Development: Build and retain a reliable local team in Lapeer to ensure consistent coverage.
• Professional Communication: Provide clear, consistent reporting to ownership—we value solution-oriented leaders.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years as a QSR General Manager.
• Brand Edge: Prior Popeyes experience is strongly preferred. You should know the "Louisiana Fast" pace and quality standards.
• Reliability: A proven track record of running successful units with remote/limited physical oversight.
• Business Acumen: Ability to analyze P&L statements and make real-time adjustments.
