This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, food products, and branding but operates as a separate business entity entirely responsible for its employment matters. Job Requirements
- two years management experience
- ability to lead and motivate teams
- experience with high volume restaurant operations
- strong communication and organizational skills
- must be at least 18 years old
- availability to work flexible hours
- commitment to maintaining high customer service standards
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience in high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail is an advantage
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to set and achieve operational goals
- effective coaching and communication skills
- at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and support Department Managers to meet their goals
- coach and provide direction to improve department performance
- hire and develop department and shift managers
- oversee daily restaurant operations
- ensure compliance with safety and operational policies
