This role is for a Restaurant Associate Manager, a key leadership position within the Cracker Barrel team. This is a full-time, salaried opportunity with a pay range between $19.23 and $23.53 per hour. The Restaurant Associate Manager acts as both a people leader and an operational expert, overseeing all store operations including both front and back-of-house responsibilities. Job Requirements
- 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be fluent in English
